For Your Relaxing Getaway
At Hotel de Charme Laveno, your relaxation begins with your booking: when you choose a hotel room or suite, our Luxury All Inclusive Formula is automatically included – for a carefree holiday experience. If you book an apartment, you’ll enjoy complimentary access to the spa, infinity pool, and Fitness Factory. Additional services are available upon request – ensuring your stay is exactly how you envision it.
For Your Arrival:
- Check-in is available from 2:00 PM.
- Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.
- For departures before 7:00 AM, please notify us the evening before.
- Late check-out is available upon request.
- Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel.
- The wellness area is available for your use all day on your departure day.
- Enjoy our complimentary breakfast on the day of your arrival.
- Please note: the local tourist tax of €2.50 per night and guest (aged 14 and up) is not included in the total price.
General Terms & Cancellation Policy 2025/2026 – Hotel de Charme Laveno
A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required to confirm your reservation at Hotel de Charme Laveno. This must be transferred within 7 days of receiving the confirmation email. Please include the reference “Deposit” and your booking details with the transfer. Your reservation will only be considered binding once the payment has been received and confirmed by us via email.
For last-minute bookings made just a few days before arrival, we will send you a secure payment link to pay the deposit conveniently by credit card.
For cancellations within the specified timeframes, only a €35 administration fee will be retained.
Cancellation Policy – Hotel de Charme Laveno
For stays between May 15 and October 16, 2025:
- Free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival.
- Cancellations 14 to 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total stay amount will be charged.
- Cancellations within 6 days of arrival, no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures: the full stay amount will be charged.
The length of stay can be changed free of charge up to 15 days before arrival.
For stays between March 28 – May 14 and October 17 – December 23, 2025:
- Free cancellation up to 2 days before arrival.
- For cancellations within 2 days of arrival, late arrival, early departure, or no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
Please note: the local tourist tax of €2.50 per night and guest is not included in the rates.
Pets at Hotel de Charme Laveno
Small pets are warmly welcomed with prior notice and incur an additional charge of €15 per day (excluding food). They may access the restaurant and bar if approved by hotel management in advance.
To ensure the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted in the wellness area. If additional cleaning of the room is necessary, we reserve the right to charge a €100 cleaning fee.

Travel Insurance
Unexpected events can always occur. To avoid financial losses in the event of cancellation, we recommend travel insurance with Allianz Travel Insurance.

Arrival by Car
How to reach Hotel de Charme Laveno with ease
Our hotel is located on Viale de Angeli, a traffic-calmed zone in the center of Laveno. Vehicle access is only permitted for arrival and departure.
Arrival from the South (e.g., Milan, Varese)
- Drive along the SP69 toward Luino until you reach the final roundabout before Laveno.
- Take the 3rd exit into Via Podestà.
- After the underpass, the hotel entrance is on the left (look for the drive-in check-in sign).
Here you can unload your luggage and check in. Afterwards, a free underground or covered parking space is available to you.
Arrival from the North (e.g., Luino, Locarno)
- Drive along the SP69 toward Laveno-Mombello.
- After the tunnel, you’ll reach a roundabout.
- Take the 1st exit into Via Podestà.
- After the underpass, the hotel entrance is on the left, also marked with a drive-in check-in sign.
You can unload your luggage here and then use the complimentary parking.
Arrival by Plane
How to comfortably reach Hotel de Charme Laveno
The nearest airport to Hotel de Charme Laveno is Milan-Malpensa Airport (MXP), approximately 45 km away. From there, you can easily reach us by train, car, or taxi.

By Train:
Take a train from Malpensa Aeroporto station to Laveno Mombello, with one transfer in Gallarate. The journey takes about 1 hour and 40 minutes.
By Car:
The drive from Malpensa to Laveno Mombello takes around 43 minutes (approx. 37 km).
Private Transfers:
For added convenience, you can also book a private transfer from the airport to the hotel.
Arrival by Train
Laveno Mombello station is the city’s main train station and is located about 1 km from Hotel de Charme Laveno. It is well-connected to the Italian rail network with regular service to Milan and other cities.
Connections to Milan:
- Direct trains from Laveno Mombello to Milan (e.g., Milano Cadorna) are available and take about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- Trains depart regularly, every 30 to 60 minutes.
From the Station to the Hotel:
From Laveno Mombello à station, you can reach Hotel de Charme Laveno on foot in about 10 to 15 minutes. Alternatively, taxis are usually readily available.
